Media and Consumerism
Human Right and The Environment

2) write a brand new article on the following topic:

Learning About Invasive Species

If you are interested in rewriting any one of the previously written articles (and becoming a co-author in the process), please read the article (see the link on this page) and send us an outline showing your approach to the topic by October 3rd.  If you are interested in writing an article on teaching about invasive species, please send an outline of the article by October 3rd and one or more activities that you would contribute. Please download a copy of our Writer’s Guidelines from this website for additional information.

Point form outlines are fine. If you have not written for Green Teacher before, it would be helpful if you could also submit a sample of your writing with the outline.

By October 10, we will have contacted the selected writers and thanked all those that had submitted outlines.

Thanks for your interest. Please send all outlines to co-editor Tim Grant at tim@greenteacher.com.

The articles are posted below as Word documents. For your guidance, each document also includes accompanying short reviews, written by several environmental educators who appraised each article and offered comments on how it might be improved/updated.
